Addison is sitting in the Courtyard eating her salad. She is sitting there waiting for someone new to come up and talk to her. She wonder why no one is talking to her. She says to herself, "I'm pretty. I'm cute. Why aren't any of the boys talking to me?" Then she looks around the Courtyard and sees all the people talking. "I hope someone comes over here," says Addison. She isnt used to being the new girl. Her parents had to move from California to New York City. She ended up at Lincoln High School. She used to rule the school and she plans on doing it again but no one will talk to her. She continues to eat her salad. Her favorite food is her mom's famous chicken salad. Addison puts another bit of food in her mouth when all of a sudden someone walks up to her....

Anthony went along into the courtyard, just out of random wandering. He didn't have anyone to talk to, he was bored, simple mathematics in the mind of the popular that he was. How could anyone else survive any other way? He liked to talk to people, anyway. So...what was so weird about what he was doing.
His eyes spotted someone unfamiliar, though. A girl, who was probably a senior because she seemed older - if not slight in that age.
She was sitting in the courtyard, eating her lunch. He raised an eyebrow at her lonesome form, and looked around. There weren't many people around - or at least what he considered many people, but then again, most people wouldn't approach someone they didn't know.
Tony would.
He headed in her direction and before he knew it, he was about 5 feet from her.
A what most would consider welcoming smile came to his lips as he stopped. Personal space was definitely something that he didn't like violating.
He already had to deal with his anger issued sister - he wasn't going to piss off a new girl.
"Hey," he said smoothly, grinning at the said new girl.

Addison looked up from her lunch and too her surpise this really hot guy was standing over her. "Hey," said Tony. "Hey," smiled Addison. She couldnt believe it. Someone was actually talking to her. She had this strange feeling she never had before. At her old school she was the most popular girl and no one messed with her. She thinks to herself, "I better not get him mad or I will have a bad reputation." Addison motioned for the cute guy to sit down next to her. She moved her bag over so he could sit. He sat down. She had the biggest smile on her face. Most people would call that blushing but Addison had never blushed before. In her old school she had a boy friend but she was the popular person so she was in control of the relationship. He didnt ask her she told him. On the inside Addison wished she wasnt that mean and that she could just be like everyone else but in her other school she was the cheer captain and everyone thought she had to be mean. But it was different this time. Here in this school, no one knew her and didnt expect anything. This super cute guy didnt know me and didn't care sat down next to me. What do I say? She was so nervous she didnt know what to say. "I'm Addison and I'm new," bursted Addison. She smiled as she waited for the answer....

Anthony smiled back at her, flashing his pearly whites. She gave a motion that he knew was to sit down, and as she moved her bag, he took the seat next to her. She seemed to be in a short bout of thought before she blurted out her name and her obvious (to him) status.
He nodded.
"I'm Anthony Cross." He said, nodding a bit. Then, he thought of an obvious, nonchalant question that might just get a conversation going.
"So, since your new...where did you move from?" He asked, raising an eyebrow.

"I'm Anthony Cross," he nodded. Addison in her heaqd was screaming. He actually talked to her. She didnt know what to say but luckly he started first. "So, since your new...where did you move from?" he asked. She had to think for a second but she eventually figured out how to speak. Now where did she used to live. She was so nervous that she didnt remember. "I used to live in Los Angeles. Its really nice there," she said and then smiled. She used to spend the weekends on the beach and now I'm spending the day in the city.

The male Cross twin looked at Addison with a slight bit of curiosity as she thought for a moment about her answer to his question. It was easy - where she was from. Was she dimwitted? Because if she was, maybe he was wasting his time here...
At the moment he thought that, she finally answered him.
'A bit slow on conversation - might want to try to change that, Tony...' A little voice in his head nagged - which sounded an awful lot like his twin sister, Jezalee, when they were on better terms.
Tony's eyebrows raised when he heard where she was from.
"Wow..." he said, and thought quickly for something to say. "So, you moved to New York from Los Angeles? Across the country...?" He whistled lowly in a bit of appraisal. "Quite a big move, isn't that? Why would you move from L.A, to New York...?" He said, shaking his head a bit. It really was a bit of a shocker, but there have been transfer students at this school from different countries.
Across the country - not a huge deal.
Then, with a grin that almost seemed like a smirk.
"But, want some help with surviving in this school?"

Addison was so excited to here him offer to help her around the school. She wanted him to help her. She usually was the one who helped people in her own school and now she is the one who needs help. He was so cute she couldnt help but say yes. "I would like that. Thank you," said Addison. She smiled with a flirty smile. "You have a pretty small school compared to my old school. We had three floors." I finally finished my salad and went to throw it out. When I ot back from the garbage, Anthony had been standing up ready to go already.

Anthony raised an eyebrow when she accepted and then told him that the school was small. He rolled his eyes at that, but shrugged regardless and commented. "Well, if you consider how big New York is and how many schools it must have, it really doesn't matter how big this school is. There is still plenty of people and issues here - just high school." He said, chuckling a bit.
"Ready to go? I can probably introduce you to a few people." He said, offering his arm out to her with a teasing smile.
OOC: I think this thread might be about done unless you want to continue...?
