rules:

here's the deal. you obey, we don't have a problem. they aren't unreasonable in any way. if you think they are, it's not in your best interest to join. don't let them scare you away, we really are nice people. we don't bite, i promise(:

001. face claims must be celebrities. no animals or anime.

002. posts must be at least two paragraphs. don't wimp out, we'll be watching you. it's really not hard at all. describe the environment, the setting, as well as feelings, clothing, and anything else. there are so many factors to be taken into account while posting. i also don't want to see constant grammar/spelling errors. it happens every once in a while, but posting is writing. you wouldn't make those mistakes on a writing assignment for school.

003. be respectful. we don't tolerate rude comments out of character. we're here to have fun and if you start to become a threat to someone's enjoyment here, you'll be talked to by an admin.

004. you have to log in through every account daily unless you've posted in the going away board. it takes all of five seconds to log in using the GLOBAL LOGIN feature. i highly recommend using it. even if you're not going to post, log in. it makes us look dead when we have 20 members and only 10 are logging in in the last 24 hours. guests don't know how many of our accounts are second or third characters for members. activity is extremely important to the life of a forum. don't join if you don't have the time. you will be treated here as if this is your only forum to keep up on, which is not the case for most of you. having some other place to catch up on is not an acceptable excuse here. real life problems are the only acceptable excuses. we understand, this isn't life for you guys.

005. no character limit.. don't make more than you can handle. it's common sense. if you can handle 10 characters and you're logging them in every day, i don't see why you can't have that many accounts. we also require that you put played by alias somewhere in your signature. it makes life a lot less confusing here.

006. use appropriately aged face claims. the most annoying thing in the world is when people use old actors and actresses for high school students. this is a high school rp forum. no face claims should be older than 18 unless the character is a teacher. you MAY however use pictures of an older face claim so long as the age they look in the picture is appropriate. some twenty year old celebrities were known when they were teenagers as well, so there's no problem with taking an old picture of them and using it for your teenager.

that's all(: admins have a right to update this as needed. you will always be notified either by PM (there are no excuses for not seeing your PMs since you should be logging in every day with the exception of people who are excused by admins) or through announcements. keep up with what's going on and you'll be fine!
